1. **Appointment Scheduling:**
- Clients must schedule appointments in advance.
- Any cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so may incur a $25 fee.
2. **Late Arrivals and Pick-up:**
- Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in an extra fee of $5/15 minutes or rescheduling.
- Clients who fail to pick up their dog after hours may be subject to a late pick-up fee of $15 / 30 mins.
3. **No-show Policy:**
- Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee of 50% of total services scheduled.
- Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice a 2nd time may be subject to a no-show fee of 100% of total services scheduled.
4. **Payment and Fees:**
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Additional fees may be charged for dematting, special treatments, or services beyond the standard grooming package.
5. **Health and Vaccinations:**
- Clients must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for their dogs.
- Dogs displaying signs of illness or parasites may be refused services.
- If we find fleas there will be an automatic $20 fee for a flea bath.
6. **Grooming Services:**
- The salon will provide grooming services as agreed upon during the appointment.
- Any additional services requested during the grooming session may incur extra charges.
7. **Behavior and Aggression:**
- Clients are responsible for informing the salon of any behavioral issues or aggression their dog may exhibit.
- Behavioral issues or aggression will result in a special handling fee.
- The salon reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a dog poses a threat to the safety of the staff or other animals.
8. **Safety and Liability:**
- Dogs must be brought into the salon on a leash or in a carrier.
- The salon is not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries sustained during grooming.
9. **Client Communication:**
- The salon will communicate with clients regarding any concerns or changes in the grooming process.
- Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on the grooming services.
10. **Refund Policy:**
- Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the salon and may be subject to certain conditions.
11. **Data Protection:**
- Client information will be kept confidential and used only for salon-related communication.
12. **Rescheduling and Cancellations:**
- The salon reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or emergencies.
By availing our services, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. The salon reserves the right to update these terms as needed, with notifications sent to clients for awareness.
